1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
We provide photography services, educational resources, digital products, presets, and related creative materials.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, checkout pages, and third-party payment providers.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our digital products include, but are not limited to:
Lightroom presets
Editing tools
Digital resources
Templates
Educational materials
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered using the email address provided at checkout. Delivery may include download links, access instructions, or other electronic methods.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and checking your inbox, spam, and promotional folders for delivery emails.

3. PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and other payment processors where applicable.
By completing your purchase, you authorise us and our payment provider to process payment for the amount shown at checkout.
We do not store complete payment card details. Payment information is securely processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms and security policies.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY AND ACCESS
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of your digital product begins immediately after payment has been successfully processed.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot guarantee that refunds will be available once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us before attempting to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback so we have the opportunity to investigate and help.
5. DUPLICATE PURCHASES
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing payment.
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@carleyaplin.com.
Where duplicate purchases occur due to multiple completed checkout transactions, we will review the circumstances and assist where appropriate.
Duplicate transactions caused by separate completed checkouts through our payment provider are not considered charges manually created by us.
6. REFUNDS
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, refunds are not automatically provided once a product has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can investigate.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Carley Aplin Photography.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business editing purposes.
You may not:
resell, redistribute, or share digital products
provide access to another person
claim the products as your own
copy, modify, or reproduce the products for resale or distribution
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, designs, branding, text, graphics, presets, educational materials, and creative content provided by Carley Aplin Photography remain the intellectual property of Carley Aplin.
No part of our products or materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
10. WEBSITE USE
We aim to ensure that all information provided on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all website content will always be free from errors.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or website content at any time.
