About Carley
Running a successful family photography business has been incredibly rewarding, especially when I see the positive impact it has on my amazing UK client base who truly value my work. Through dedication and hard work, I've developed a sustainable, profitable business model that allows me to pursue my passion, invest in personal growth, and share my journey with others.
My journey into teaching began in 2019 when I noticed a growing interest among mums wanting to learn photography to capture precious moments with their children. Starting with Beginner Photography workshops at my home and transitioning to online workshops in 2020 due to the pandemic, my passion for teaching photography blossomed. Collaborating with Lisa Rogers from @andthensheclicked, we pioneered family-focused in-person photography training and workshops.
Helping mums discover their passion, transition careers, and achieve a better work-life balance has been incredibly fulfilling. Witnessing talented photographers undervalue their skills or struggle with their businesses inspired me to provide honest and helpful advice to get them started.
Fast forward to 2024, and I've had the privilege of working alongside numerous family photographers, both in person and online, to help them establish and grow businesses that truly work for them, and I would be honoured to work alongside you to help you achieve your goals.

A 1-2-1 in person mentoring session if perfect for family photographers who are ready to take their photography business to the next level. With a bespoke session designed to meet your individual needs, you'll get everything you need to get you where you want to be. Alongside myself you'll get a day of shooting a real family, in a location of your choosing, where you can work alongside me to create a portfolio of dreams, and learn all the skills you need to feel confident tackling lighting, setting and posing.
