This branding photoshoot Hampshire session was created for a Alex, from Uplift Womens Fitness, who’s fitness instructor running small, personal classes from her home gym. The goal was clear from the start. We wanted to create imagery that helped her feel confident and empowered, while also showing exactly what it’s like to train with her.

Instead of photographing a quiet space, we invited a few clients to join the session. That decision allowed us to capture real movement, genuine interaction, and the energy that naturally comes from teaching.
