Still & Bloom | A Three-Day Lifestyle Brand Shoot Near Brighton

Lifestyle Brand Photography for Still & Bloom | Hampshire & Brighton

A few years into working together, branding shoots start to feel less like “a job” and more like a shared creative rhythm. That’s very much the case with Still & Bloom. This three day lifestyle brand photography shoot, photographed in a rented house near Brighton. It was the latest in a series of shoots we’ve created together over the years.

Creating a Natural Brand Story

The aim of this Lifestyle Brand Photography shoot was to build a fresh library of imagery for the website and social media. We focused on close up product details, lifestyle moments, and content that felt warm, natural, and genuinely lived in. The brand had already planned a beautiful location — a light-filled house that gave us space to work across multiple rooms and setups. It never felt staged or forced.

Collaboration with a Creative Team On Lifestyle Brand Photography

For this shoot Lifestyle Brand Photoshoot, I worked alongside another photographer who specialises in interior imagery. This allowed us to divide our focus in a way that supported the end result. While they captured the wider interiors and spaces, I concentrated on the smaller moments: product details, close ups, hands in frame, and lifestyle scenes designed to feel natural and approachable. It’s a way of working I really enjoy — collaborative, efficient, and focused on playing to each other’s strengths.

Styling and Flexibility on Set

We also worked with a stylist throughout the shoot, shaping scenes that felt intentional without losing that relaxed, real-life feel. As with any commercial shoot, there were moments where timing shifted or light changed. In those cases, I was happy to step in and mock up scenes quickly when needed. That flexibility often leads to the most natural images, responding to the space rather than over-planning it.

Building a Versatile Image Library

Over the three days, we built a varied gallery of imagery. It ranged from soft lifestyle setups to tighter product shots designed for web banners, social media crops, and short-form video content. Alongside stills, I also captured video clips for use across the brand’s website and social platforms. This helped everything feel cohesive across formats during our Lifestyle Brand Photography shoot.

Lifestyle Brand Photography Across Hampshire and London

Although this shoot took place near Brighton, the approach is the same one I use with lifestyle brands across Hampshire, London, and further afield. It’s about creating imagery that fits into a brand’s world naturally, rather than forcing it into something it’s not. For Still & Bloom, that meant warmth, calm, and a sense of everyday life — all captured over a few relaxed but productive days.
